Potty Training

I decided to start potty training Diana today.  Call me crazy I know!  With the whole toddler bed situation I debating waiting but I do think she is ready and I figured let's just have a bad couple of weeks at the same time.  I am taking the same approach as I did with Jonathan...."bare bottom," although I am putting big girl underwear on her.  I figured with Jonathan already running around saying "I see her bottom" I don't need any other questions.  She gets a sticker for sitting on the potty but not going, 1 M&M for going potty and 2 M&M's for going poo poo.  She seems very motivated by the M&M's...shocker!  But she is smart, I tell her to take 1 (I like to let her pick the color) and she is so sneaky that I find out she has taken 2 or 3 when I swear it looks like she took 1.  We had a couple accidents today and I didn't get to work with her as much as I would have liked due to the nap fiasco and we had a babysitter tonight but I think we are off to a good start!
