Playdoh

Nana made me homemade playdoh today and Nana, Grandpa, Heidi and I all played with it while Mommy was out with her friends and Daddy went out with Jason and his friends. I like to play with the playdoh but don't like it when my hands get "dirty."

Jungle Gym

Today we went to a jungle gym in MN. It was a lot of fun and definitely wore me out.

Happy Birthday Jason (1 day early)

I know how to sing "happy birthday" now and got to show everyone today when we celebrated Jason's b.day. He even shared his birthday cake with me and of course I asked for the "green" sprinkles on every bite. I am starting to learn my colors and green seems to be my favorite. I have a mental block on red though and always call it yellow or orange.

Mommy's cousin Lisa and Aunt Jan and Uncle Horst came over to celebrate Jason's b.day too. Lisa played with me and I really liked her. So much so that I asked where she was on Wed morning when I woke up.

Christmas in MN

We flew to MN today, bright and early and celebrated Christmas with Nana, Grandpa Gordy, Heidi and Jason. Once again I got spoiled. Nana even made me my own "hiding place." Hide-n-seek might be my favorite game right now. Everyone is impressed with how well I can hide and be quiet until someone finds me....I think I might have patience...must have gotten that from my Dad. I also can kind of count to 10, sometimes I skip a few numbers. I have to count at daycare to get out of timeout so it's not necessarily a good thing that I can count to 10.

I am not too sure about all of the snow though. I liked to "shovel" it but that was about it. I didn't like to touch it, didn't want to go in my tunnel/fort and could care less about sledding...maybe next year.

Presents Presents

Wow, I must have been a good boy this year because I had a lot of presents to open. Didn't help that after every present I opened, I wanted to play with whatever it was. Grandpa even said he forgot why it took so long to open presents with kids. We barely got them all open before nap time. I liked my chair I got, although it is a little "tippy", playdoh, books, blocks, movies, trains, zoo pass...I was spoiled! I even just liked the boxes...especially the big one that Mommy & Daddy's microwave came in.

Mmmmm Cake

GB and Grandpa came down today and went to Christmas Eve mass with us and then we came home, had dinner and the best part...chocolate, peppermint ice cream cake! I got my own slice and it was very yummy! They are spending the night so they can be here to see me open presents in the morning.

Weeks Xmas

We celebrated Christmas today with GB, Grandpa, Kyle and Amanda as Kyle and Amanda will be in Buffalo for Christmas. I really enjoyed opening the presents and playing with the bows, wrapping paper, boxes, etc. I even got to spend the night last night with GB & Grandpa as Mommy and Daddy had a party to go to. I was a good boy...even in church this morning. Hopefully I can have another slumber party!

Snow

Mommy is trying to get me prepared for MN and made me play out in the snow today. I didn't like it while it was snowing and the snowflakes were hitting my face but eventually I got used to it. Mommy was impressed I actually kept my mittens on.

Close Up

Daddy got some close up pictures of me today while I was watching Santa dance. I like to say "cheese" to the camera now. Oh and all the nights Mommy and Daddy have been having to get up with me last week do in fact have to do with my teeth. I cut my first "I" tooth today. I finished getting my molars over Thansgiving and now we are now on to the "I" teeth.

Cookies!

Mommy, Daddy and I made cookies today. It was so much fun! I thought of course it was "playdoh" until Daddy let me try some of the dough. Mmmm! It was hard work though (Grandma Winkelman...I get my concentration with my tongue from you) and it took awhile to bake them but they sure are yummy.

Mommy got out all her Santa bears for Christmas. I like to play with them and today I lined them all up on the stairs. The baby bears have "paci's" (pacifiiers) which has caused a bit of a problem with me.

HoHoHo

I like to ask "what's that?" all the time these days, to everything. And when I aks what "santa" is, I always respond with "Ho Ho Ho." I got to meet Santa today and I was totally fine with him from afar...waving and saying "Hi Santa" but once I sat on his lap...I wasn't so sure anymore.
