Lets Go Reds!

We ventured out to our first family outing to a Red's game for the season.  I am very happy that the rain stopped and held off for the game, otherwise we would have had one very sad little boy in this house.  He has only been counting down the days for a month.  He was really into the game, sitting on Dad's lap and asking all sorts of questions...until about the 4th inning and then he was hungry.  Jonathan's favorite part of the game was the "fire" from the steam stacks and the fireworks when they won.  He said it was just like the Forth of July.  He brought his glove with him and wore it almost the entire time.  Diana did pretty good...she was entertained by food and people watching.  I do think next game we go to will be without the independent little one.  That, or daddy and Jonathan will be going to a lot of games while the girls stay home.  We were all on the jumbotron once and then Diana was on it again while I was talking to some friends.  Overall it was a good family afternoon and a fun day at the ballpark.
